Returned both items as they were not what I was looking for.

These were "fun" to make. I say "fun" because the process seemed to me like a hassle and rather tedious. I'm patient, but I wish it was easier to make 12 balls, rather than having to make 3 at a time, every time. Also, the wafers don't seem to melt very well. For me, they seemed a bit thick, and I suspect the process is to blame: you have to use a microwave 30 seconds at a time. I truly wish you could melt them without using the microwave. I tried, it didn't work and I lost chocolate for 3 balls. These wafers seem to be made for micro waving and not the stovetop. I made 3 white chocolate balls (I messed up the first batch for the first layer), and I did not like how when adding the hot milk (172-190 degrees) the chocolate never fully dissolved. It left lumpy slush on the bottom of my mug. Maybe the milk chocolate will fare better. Oooorrrr, I could just use real melting chocolate wafers. They do look cute, and I was impressed that I was able to even do it. Well, I wasn't THAT impressed, but I had fun making them, albeit wish it were less tedious and the wafers weren't engineered for the microwave. I will try using luster dust next time. Anyhooo, that's it.

Beautiful and practical packaging. Additionally, the instructions included were easy to follow. The cocoa bombs were easy to handle and decorate. This is a great gift option and winter activity with kids! I loved the product and would highly recommend!
