Within about 6 months of use both sides of the mattress bowed in. After my son turned one year we had to replace it.

I ordered and paid for Products . Buy Buy Baby cancelled one order ( I felt they we trying to take away my reward Points, but they told me it was because they only had 17 in inventory and I was getting One. The one was then shipped to the wrong State (even though the address was correct on the order) and returned to the mfg. and I was told there was nothing they could do. Buy Buy Baby Corp. Support is horrible! If it was not for the manager at the store, I would have retuned everything and gone some where else.
We have only used the mattress for 3 months and there is a BIG dip in the middle. Not safe for baby need to find a number to call regarding this issue.

We have a seven month old the mattress hasn’t been used for very long and it divots in the middle it looks warped the mattress if somebody can please give me a one 800 customer service number to fix this issue that would be great

We saw this in store and liked it added to a registry after 3 months of very minimal use maybe 4 hours a night the middle started to sag. Had to contact Delta children and send a bunch of pictures to get a replacement not sure I want a replacement with the same thing but it was our only option. Purchased December 2021

We purchased this mattress for our baby, now toddler and it has been amazing, no issues and no dipping problems. I feel like these excessive 1 star reviews are bizarre and all with similar wording. This mattress has gotten us through 3 years with no issues and regular use :)

I bought this for my son back in 2020 of November. The mattress is firm and yet comfortable. It’s not to hard and it’s actually comfortable. Anyways I have not had any issues regarding any dips or anything . My son is now 18 months and sleeps 10 plus hours at night with no problem. The mattress is not for everyone, so your research and go with your gut moms.

My baby is only 7 months old and we have noticed a huge dip in the middle. It makes it difficult for hr to roll from side to side, she just started to sleep on her sides and ahe gets fussy because she keeps rolling back in the hole. Very disappointed! My toddler has also Beautyrest but a different one, and he's been jumping on it like a monkey (he's 3) and it looks just like new.
