I placed my Bedbug Mattress cover on my bed and it fits very nice for the top mattress, but a bit thin for the botton box spring mattress. Thank you.

I returned this without opening it, so I cannot speak to the quality of the product itself. Because I purchased this for a Sleep Number mattress and realized that I would have to cut holes in the product in order for it to accommodate that, we decided to purchase a slip cover type mattress protector instead at a store that carries Eastern King size mattress covers in store (unlike BB&B that carries them only online).The writing guidelines do not permit me to speak to customer service issues so I have nothing else to say on the matter.

It sure is nice to finally find a mattress cover that actually fit the mattress. I am so pleased with my purchase as it of excellent quality and a great price. Thanks Bed Bath and Beyond.

I have a king size mattress of 11' height, I bought the 12' height protector thinking it would be left a bit of space to fit easily, but is waay bigger, it fits very loose not only on height but also length on the borders. This might not be an issue if you don't mind sleeping with loose sheets, I'm very picky with this a d I can only sleep with a super flat, tight, sheets.

Unfortunately, I brought home some unwelcomed guests from a home health client's house, ugh! What a nightmare, although, it wasn't bad really I still had to exterminate my entire house ....just in case. So after throwing away the ten year old mattress, I wanted to make sure that the new mattress would be protected in the future. This cover is made very well, easy applied, and true to size for a 15 inch mattress. So, far so good, no signs of critters after thirty days, what a relief! Money well spent.

This has been a great product to keep my mattress clean. It has really helped my breathing, as I am allergic to dust mites. I was worried about the heat transfer but I never noticed any heat build up. Great Product!
