Bee & Willow™ 15.25-Inch Charlotte Floral Organic Serving Platter

First of all, this platter is lovely. The flowers are a natural color. The matte finish on the plate is smooth and beautiful. The slightly uneven shape looks handmade and earthy and adds to the precious look of this platter. Second, we had wonderful patient kind thoughtful educational service from the staff person who helped us order this platter on line, while we were at the Fort Collins, CO store location. Price was great, delivery time was great. This was to be delivered to my sister in Minnesota for her birthday. After that, all hell broke loose. The so-called platter arrived at my sister's house a day early, delivered by Fed Ex. It was boxed up , wrapped up with two layers of bubble wrap, some large, some small--and the platter was in shards and pieces far too numerous to count. The shipping location was Lincoln, NE. My sister then returned the platter, and 2 weeks later received another platter. This one was shipped from somewhere in Texas, in a bulky cardboard box, some bubble wrap, and a piece or two of bubble wrap. The platter was broken in several pieces. The delivery truck again said FedEx. My sister then again contacted BBB, who told her to simply toss the platter, and that a refund would go to my husband's credit card for the original purchase. (The refund did come.) Meanwhile, my sister loved the platter when she tried to piece it together to see what it might look like, so she took it upon herself to order the platter on-line right away. Within a week, she received an INTACT platter from Great Falls, Montana. This box was carefully packed, and about 1/4 the size of the box from Texas mentioned above. This was embarrassing that my sister had to work so hard to obtain a lovely birthday present.

This is a perfect serving dish for spring and summer -- very nicely decorated. The dish is sturdy enough but not too heavy to handle. Loved the oval nature of the dish and the size to allow for a beautiful display of food. I've received so many compliments on this dish!

I am mainly using this as decor in my kitchen. I have it on display on top of my white cupboards and it’s a great visual. I buy a lot of R dunn and this goes so well with it. I might use it for desserts or non messy foods but right now I just love displaying it. I would definitely recommend, especially if you do farmhouse decor!

Adorable looking platter. If you are looking for a pretty, sturdy platter which is reasonably priced, this is it !! Love the floral print on it and its large serving size. I will be adding to my collection of Bee and Willow as i have fallen in love with this platter.

The pattern of flowers are beautiful, dainty and not overly floral. Just enough to be delicate and look pretty. The platter itself is very useful for desserts, appetizers or pastries. Just the right size.
