We purchased two chairs for our patio and they came pretty fast. They were easy to assemble and are very sturdy. They make a great addition to our outdoor space. Would recommend!

These chairs seem to be very durable. The quality is great and the navy color is perfect. Exactly what we wanted! Looked for a long time and found these at the best price.

The chair was pretty simple to assemble, and is as expected for sitting. I like the rounded edge on the part that fits in the inside of the knee when sitting, nobody needs that to be sharp. The only thing is that with coronavirus shipping times it took months to get it, then it arrived during heavy smoke from wildfires in Oregon, and not long after the weather changed, so it won't get much use until next summer. So we haven't really used it much, but it seems really sturdy and the material should last a long time even though our patio isn't covered.

I can't say I would recommend to anyone to purchase online from BBB. I've been waiting all summer for some chairs I ordered in mid-June.

I can't speak to the quality of this product, as I still have two more months before this item will even ship. I was really excited to enjoy my patio on these new chairs this summer, but by the time they arrive, we'll be gearing up for snowy weather. I can't understand why the shipping takes so long and why I am unable to cancel my order. *Sigh* Sometimes the price is just not worth the wait.
