This item arrived broken in pieces. It literally had nails sticking out of it. There were tiny shards of wood everywhere. They refused to refund my money, although they clearly did not provide what I had ordered. This type of dishonesty is really sad to see. I called to ask for a refund and they just said no. This was the worst shopping experience I have ever had.
