Bee & Willow™ Milbrook Bubble Highball Glass in Smoke

Love these glasses. Two were broken and before I could send them back to you I got new ones

Bought 9 each of three different sizes. I noticed when I purchased there was a film on them, however I assumed they just needed to be washed. I also assumed they were dishwasher safe, they are not. Not sure why anyone would hand wash their every day glassware. Less than a year later I have 13 glasses left. They have all cracked, leaked, broke. After washing the glasses they look great, however the next day they have a thin cloudy film on then. I’m not sure what it is. I do not recommend these glasses.

I guess it is my fault they are breaking, didn't know until reading reviews that they are hand wash only - out of a set of 20 we have, are cracked after 2 years. Who in this world is going to buy hand wash only glasses ...

We picked this lovely looking glassware set as part of our wedding registry and we’re ecstatic to have them. However, within 5 months, we began to notice what looked like internal chips within the glass and eventually they started cracking along the sides all on their own. I’m assuming from the dishwasher. Would not recommend these as they do not last!!

These glasses repeatedly get this weird cloudy, greasy substance on them, no matter how many times I wash them. They look great at first, then it’s like they sweat a weird substance. Trying to figure out how to contact the company.

I had a hard time finding bubble glass so I decided to take a chance on these. I bought 4 large and 4 small ones in blue about a year ago. First off, they are all noticeably different sizes. Some of the large ones are slightly wider, some slightly taller. If they were listed as handmade, that would be understandable, but instead they just look like factory mess ups. In less than a year since buying these, 2 of the tall glasses have broken and the other two have large cracks in them. In comparison, I have threshold brand bubble glasses from target that I bought some 15 years ago in college. In 15 years, I’ve only broken one. I am so disappointed these came from BBB. I expect so much better quality from them.

Originally, this drinkware was durable, attractive, and we were very pleased. However, after a few months, the edges have become cloudy and etched. If I had to guess it's a dishwasher issue (due to the fact that the roughness is felt both inside and outside the drinkware), although we only put them on the top rack. I do note that the description does contradict itself saying both "dishwasher safe" and "hand wash." The stickers on the glassware do say dishwasher safe. I have a picture, but no way to post. They're nice drinkware but the expectation should be to hand wash.
