Bee & Willow™ Weston 16-Piece Dinnerware Set in Taupe

We ordered 3 sets in Taupe with additional serving pieces - large platters & serving bowls. The picture on BBB website is misleading from what you actually receive. Taupe is in the brown/beige color family; however, some of the pieces had mauve/purple which was very noticeable right away as I unboxed them. There was a chip in one of the plates; therefore, I feel we would probably see chipping as we used them. The irregularity in the shapes of the plates & bowls was too different. I can understand maybe a slight difference. The large serving platters & large serving bowls were not flat on the bottom so they wobbled on the countertop. The craftsmanship is missing quality. It’s too bad because I really liked the look on the website, and offering all the matching serving pieces. I’ve boxed it all up & returning it.

what a hassle! received broken and have to go through hoops to return it - this was a Christmas gift - first time ordering online with you and very disappointed

We ordered two sets and noticed some dishes in the two sets are not the exact same color like we anticipated. The difference is subtle, but noticeable. Within a few weeks of using them, we noticed a small chip in one of the bowls. We do stack the bowls to put them away and load them on top of one another, overlapping in the dishwasher and are by all means not "rough" with our dishes.

upon opening dishes, I noticed two bowls damaged. the set is beautiful, but I was disappointed with the cracks and chips.

One dinner bowl arrived broken. One plate broke in half after a minute and 15 seconds in the microwave. The rim of one bowl cracked in the microwave.

I really love these dishes. I wanted something understated but not plain, and this fit that bill exactly. One thing I especially love is that they are all slightly different. The way the pattern comes out on each one is unique. They are also very functional. I LOVE the large, shallow bowl for salads, pastas, soups, etc. I especially loved this set because it came with those large, shallow bowls rather than mugs. Really happy with this purchase!
