I bought 3 sets of these for my mom. She and I both absolutely love them! They have a nice weight to them and the glazing on them is just beautiful. Now I wish I would have bought myself this set also.
I got this as a bridal shower gift and one bowl was chipped in the box. I contacted customer service April 16th and they said they would send a replacement. No update. Contacted them again on may 17th. Stated they will have an update on the replacement within 24 hours. Nothing. Contacted them again June 12th and find out they aren’t able to send a replacement because it’s “not available”. Another bowl also broke in the last 2 months and cannot be replaced with the warranty because it’s also not available. They offered 20% purchase price credit (a coupon was used off the registry) after 2 months of silence. TLDR: poor quality, bad customer service, useless warranty

two bowls were damaged can we get replacements
This is such an elegant serving bowl! We though use it everyday, it would be so nice to have it when you have guests.
I have the set and these bowls in particular chip so easy. 2 have chipped in the last 2 weeks just from stacking and washing dishes

I love these plates, they are beautiful - but they chip too easily. I've had to contact customer service for replacements with less than 2 weeks lifespan on them. I would not recommend purchasing.
