It looks just as shown on the website. It's very pretty and looks well made. I am pleased with this purchase which is a birthday gift for my friend.
I had this mug personalized for an 88 year-old-neighbor. I filled it with herbal tea bags and included some homemade biscotti. She loved the gift! I was able to fit her whole name. birthdate, flower of her month, and a personal note on the other side. The mug came very quickly for a personalized item.
