This little machine is perfect if you're not one who is ready to rent a bit rug shampooer or go out and spend a lot of money for one. It handles major tough carpet spots, especially if you have animals who go thru their issues and you have to deal with them. It also removes odors extremely well. There are different nozzles for tougher jobs and the special "oxy" cleaner it comes with, and you can buy more, keeps on cleaning once you are finished. It is amazing... You may think you didn't get the entire spot out and a few hours later, it's gone. I would recommend this to any pet owner and you can get those spots out in minutes! Definitely worth having around.
I have taken care of this unit and cleaned it after every use. I followed Bissells trouble shooting tips multiple times and now I have to replace the pump for a SECOND time and I've only used this product less than 10 times. Complete waste of money and I will be looking at other brands and never waste my money on another Bissell product again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've bought 5 of these trying to find one that works. Literally every single one just dumps its entire contents of disgusting water all over the floor. Its due to the poor design of the valve that is supposed to keep the water in, but get a single hair or grain of sand in it and it traps it open allowing the water to flow out. There is no solution to this, the design should be scraped and this product recalled.

This little portable cleaner has now picked up dog accidents on carpet, left clean and lovely scent. Could not be happier with this wonderful little carpet and upholstery cleaner.

I shampooed my car. I shampooed the couch and the steps and I did an amazing job on all three now I even spot clean the kitchen rose. This is an amazing product it I ordered the bundle and it came with everything that I needed. The formulas have lasted quite a while. I would highly recommend this product.
