[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product worked nicely. The only thing I would have to gripe about is that the suction isn't very great. Its lightweight and has this spraying formula that came with it, which smells great. Great for office, car, or small places with minimal need for cleaning. Just not good for homes. I'd recommend this product for small apartments or cars with a small pet. Suction is really weak though.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Went to use this and it works, but in order for it to work you have to hold it at an angle and press down, the handle being where it is makes it difficult, and hurts to use. Could either use a different handle location, or wheels to make it more user friendly. Did a great job getting the pet stain out though!

I am a big Bissell fan. I have multiple Bissell products and I have always been pleased. This was a huge disappointment. They make a big deal that you can store the cleaning solution in the cleaner between uses. Well it leaks all over the place. They are very clear in the instructions that you can set the cleaner on its side, it can only sit upright. I left it stored, exactly as shown in the instructions, went to use it and had a mess of leaked cleaning solution to clean up. Now on my third use - there is something seriously wrong. I turn it on, it immediately turns off. It seems like a low battery, but the unit was plugged in, charging and the battery indicator shows a full charge. After trying a couple of times, I got it to turn on, but in only lasted a couple of minutes. I was very excited for this product. I loved that it was cordless, that it should be stored, all ready to go. But it is not living up at all. On the plus side, it is easy to clean, when and if you can get it to work.

It doesn’t get rid of this thing completely and I had to work on one spot for about 7 minutes before it actually went away. It talks up too much fluid solution to clean one spot. Try to do a return and it will not allow me to because it’s over 60 days.

Drove LA traffic 15 miles to closest store with one in stock because I did not want to wait for one to ship. Got it home and first step is to charge. Took out product and charger and was very confused to find no matter what I did charger did not fit into covered port. Had to call Bissell and am waiting for replacement charger. It has been a week now. Stain is setting in…. Not so happy I wasted my gas money in this economy and time in LA traffic (an hour each way) just to get a product I still cannot use. If you do purchase open box and make sure it functions before you leave the store.

This does not work on upholstery! I had a few stains on my tan couch and this vacuum had the best reviews. Boy does it NOT live I up to the reviews! The suction power is terrible and my couch cushion it is not now soaked! I have to wait for it to fully dry now but it feels like a drink was spilled on it from how wet it was left. I went over the cushion several times to where my arms were sore and honestly it just looks worse as you can see from the photo. It literally didn't suck up any of the formula! In fact all the vacuuming I did just spread the formula around. Hopefully my cushion isn't ruined but I will definitely be returning this!
