I had, and really liked, an older version of the Pro Heat deep cleaner. However, a decade of regular use, it finally died on me. I have two senior cats, one with IBS, and have white carpet. Yikes! The sale associate recommended this model and he was so right! Not only does this one do an excellent job of cleaning the carpet, it's so much easter to clean the tanks and nozzle! Thank you, Bissel, for making a good product even better and easier to use. Unit was easy to put together, and both the instruction manual and the on-line videos were very helpful to me.
I was very disappointed that the beater bar will continue to run when using the hose part. I have never seen this on any other steam cleaner, even other Bissell products. Also the hose attachment was very cheaply made. At the price of this product, I sure expected a lot more.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a wonderful machine for cleaning carpets. There is a visible color change in my carpets every time I use it. It is a little cumbersome to clean all the parts and pieces when you are done but since I only use it a couple times per year, it isn't a big deal. I wish it had a bigger canister though as I have to stop to empty and refill many many times to get my whole house done. Very happy with my purchase!

This machine does the work in a fraction of the time. The best part, though, is how easy it is to clean. Not only does it break apart effortlessly but the tools that come with it make cleaning the beater bars and vacuum head a breeze. Highly recommend!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my Proheat 2X Revolution Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner. It does a good job cleaning up pet stains and other stains. It came with lots of attachments like a nozzle to clean your furniture and steps.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was trying to fix my old carpet cleaner, but I gave up. So I bought a new one wow what a difference. My rugs are so clean. Amazing, I'm so impressed. So happy I bought a new one, same brand as my old one. I'm a big fan of Bissell cleaning products. I have 4 dogs 2 labs, a beagle and pug mix, I know dirty carpets. I would recommend this machine to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just got this hoping it would be better than our old spot shampooer for dog urine on a rug. It definitely puts out a ton of water and pulls up more water than our last shampooer. Unfortunately, the rug still smells like urine. I tried several different formulas in the tank but nothing helped. I'll have to power wash it I think. Might be a good vacuum for other messes but didn't get the smell out for us.

That is literally my only complaint so far. My old machine was 7 yrs old before I finally had to replace it. I have really high hopes for this one.
