I had, and really liked, an older version of the Pro Heat deep cleaner. However, a decade of regular use, it finally died on me. I have two senior cats, one with IBS, and have white carpet. Yikes! The sale associate recommended this model and he was so right! Not only does this one do an excellent job of cleaning the carpet, it's so much easter to clean the tanks and nozzle! Thank you, Bissel, for making a good product even better and easier to use. Unit was easy to put together, and both the instruction manual and the on-line videos were very helpful to me.
I was very disappointed that the beater bar will continue to run when using the hose part. I have never seen this on any other steam cleaner, even other Bissell products. Also the hose attachment was very cheaply made. At the price of this product, I sure expected a lot more.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Carpet not cleaned for at least 10 years. Didn't pretreat any stains I figured I'd see how they looked first. Well I was surprised at how surprised I was! This carpet cleaner will get your carpet cleaner!. No perfume smell, didn't need to pretreat stains at all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unbelievable product. I don't typically write reviews but I was truly amazed when we used this Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner on my daughter's carpet. It was pretty disgusting when then moved in 3 years ago with multiple stains and only got worse with two dogs, a husband in landscaping, and constantly traffic. She had already gotten bids on new carpet since she figured hers was beyond repair. Then we bought her this carpet cleaner for her birthday this January and she saw the results of one use. It picked up stains that had clearly been there for years along with years of daily dirt build up. And weeks later, it still looks great. Wow I give this product 6 stars out of 5 (yes I can do math)!! So impressed.
