I had, and really liked, an older version of the Pro Heat deep cleaner. However, a decade of regular use, it finally died on me. I have two senior cats, one with IBS, and have white carpet. Yikes! The sale associate recommended this model and he was so right! Not only does this one do an excellent job of cleaning the carpet, it's so much easter to clean the tanks and nozzle! Thank you, Bissel, for making a good product even better and easier to use. Unit was easy to put together, and both the instruction manual and the on-line videos were very helpful to me.
I was very disappointed that the beater bar will continue to run when using the hose part. I have never seen this on any other steam cleaner, even other Bissell products. Also the hose attachment was very cheaply made. At the price of this product, I sure expected a lot more.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm very satisfied with the carpet cleaner but i think it should be shipped with larger bottles of shampoo. I was excited to clean several carpets but had to go to the store to buy the shampoo product because the small bottle shipped wasn't enough to finish all the carpets I planned to clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this specific cleaner after hours upon hours of research from multiple sources. All saying this carpet cleaner was the best you can get! I was beyond excited! Not only do I have 5 dogs of my own, but I'm a residential house cleaner and most my clients have pets. Imagine my disappointment when I think I'm doing a killer job with my carpets only to realize this thing is *barely* sucking up water brand new out of the box, on express mode no less. The amount of fighting i had to do to even get them kind of dry was unreal! Never again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very pleased with the overall performance of our new carpet cleaner it did a great job on a very dirty, stained carpet. However, I'm not totally sold on the upholstery attachments. I wish that there was a brush attachment that had a rotating beater brush. I feel that the hose is longer than I need and a lot of dirty water and muck gets stuck in it. I think that if the hose was shorter the suction would be better too. The clean out tool is very handy and cleaning the machine is very easy compared with an older Bisell carpet cleaner that I had. The cleaner has a nice long electric cord which is great for me. Overall, this is a great little performer and I would buy it again. The price range is good too.
