Bought 2 other cordless vacs in last 6 mo. . Very hood but not great… usually run out of juice before I’m done! Neighbor who owns this cordless Bissell already went to buy a second in case it’s ever not available! So I bought one too! Now IM GOING TO BUY A BACKUP - AND ONE FOR EACH FAMILY MEMBER IN CANADA! What a beauty . User friendly, powerful! , goes under low furniture. Easy to clean ! Great suction. Stronger longer battery! Slim swivel head. And easily removable hand vac! With two attachments for sofas or cars! I’ve been looking for the perfect powerful overdress. It’s my new Bissell Baby!
This vacuum hardly used, looks like new and it broke. I do not recommend this product at all. I have had others in the past that have worked for years by Electrolux. This Bissell vacuum is not worth the price. Too expensive. I have contacted Bed Bath and Beyond and they are not any help at all and do not want to even offer even exchange. Be careful with this purchase!! Next time I will purchase thru another store that will better work with their customers such as Amazon or Best Buy. I called Bed Bath and Beyond and the local store said they would not exchange if over 60 days, although the web site says 90 days. They do not even know their own policies.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was impressed! I've had other stick vacuums, but this is the best one to date! It has great suction, easy to use, easy to empty and as a bonus, there is a dust buster! I've only had this a few weeks so hopefully it will hold up well under moderate use. I have other Bissel products and this one doesn't disappoint. The handle also folds in both directions make it easier to get under furniture. I would have given it 5 stars, but I dislike the plug in being near the bottom. This vacuum is well worth the money! You've done it again Bissel!

Giving only 3 stars as I am disappointed with the battery life. Bought this in May 2020 (from bed, bath & beyond), love it but since late last year the battery dies after 5minutes of using even if its plug 24/7. Its still working but has to be charged after 5minutes of using then wait for another couple of hours to use again for 5minutes. We can't have a vacuum like this so we are now on a hunt for a new one. If you are ok with 2yr vacuum life span, you should get this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this vacuum! It's light weight, has pretty good suction power and the battery charge lasts a pretty long time - at least 30 minutes. I tend to only use it for five or 10 minutes at a time so therefore I only have to charge it maybe once a week. I use it mostly for quick clean ups on my hardwood floors.

Absolutely horrible purchase. Broke on first use. We have a roomba that is run everyday to keep up with dog hair and this was just for special spots needing attention but did not last for first use. The roller stopped spinning after only a few minutes. Cleaned out and worked for a bit longer. Ridiculous. Holds almost nothing!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am handicapped and lively life in an electric wheelchair. I am able to keep my small house clean with the use of my cordless stick vacuum. I don't have to hire someone to come into my home to do my home to do my light housekeeping.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used onr of these Bissel Stik vacuums got a number of years. It is perfect for quickly cleaning hardwood floors and area rugs in my great room and kitchen. Being able to detach the hand held vacuum is so helpful for quick clean ups. We bought a second one so the older one can be used in the basement area.
