Best crepes (and pancakes) since I got this pan! And although it is called a crepe pan, I am pretty sure it is not limited to that use, it could work on omelettes and so on.
The pen is not balanced, the handle is too heavy on the electric stove and at least 25% of the bottom doesn't touch the surface of the stove, impossible to use. Since I cannot return it(thank you BBB!!!!!), I will through it away!!!!
Not a good product.
The pancakes have the top quality on this pan but you should be aware of how to use the pans made of black steel as they have high warm conductivity and you must be trained not to burn your pancakes. Once you have the necessary habits how to use it the quality is excellent.
