I have had a few toaster ovens and am new to this one since it came with an air fryer. My only complaint so far is the timer ticks the entire time, however If it is set to “stay on” then the ticking stops. At first it was no big deal. But listening to it for 30-45 minutes became annoying for me. So other than for toast, my solution is to set and leave the dial to “stay on” and not use the “timer” function. I’ll use my own kitchen (non-ticking) timer.
Was so excited to find a toaster oven and air fryer in one but the manufacturer provides no instruction on how to use the air fryer feature or even what temp it operates at. Had to contact black + decker requesting instructions that were minimal. Used the bake feature and all heating elements turned on and burned my food in less than 5 minutes. This could be a good device if they could tell you how to use it. I’m going to try a different brand instead, I don’t have the patience to waste food figuring it out.

Overall I am pleased with the workmanship of the oven. The only complaint it is so hard to keep clean. It look disgusting sitting on the counter. I hate having to pack it away everytime company comes over.
I just got this a week ago but love what it is capable of doing. I just wish it had come with a cookbook, I don’t like the foods shown in the website. Great product at a great price ‼️

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family is so happy that we got this new Air Fry Toaster Oven, it is so easy for my kids to use, we just look at the sheet provided with the different times and temperatures according to the food making and boom food is ready in very little time! Best investment for our kitchen!

I bought my Black and Decker last year and i enjoyed cooking in it until last week.I put my food in it to cook and the light stayed on and it started to smoke in the air fryer so i took my food out the unit and finish it on the stove.I wouldn't recommend it .
We purchased this about 6 months ago. It was great until the toaster function stopped working. We did not have a receipt. The company was gracious enough to give us a replacement (1 time only). We got the new one and used the toaster 3 times before the toaster dial stopped working! The function still works but we need to use a separate timer to make sure things don't burn. Poor quality and very disappointing!
Not the best design from Black & Decker. I read about the timer and that didn't stop me from buying this product. The worst part is that it's so hard to clean, you can see the photos I attached. I would take this off the market until Black & Decker figures out a better design.
Pros: none Cons: no temp control for air fryer. Knobs are hard to turn and get stuck. Impossible to keep clean. Doesn’t toast evenly. Tray provided is too small and had to purchase a larger tray online. Most importantly: STOPPED WORKING AFTER 18 MONTHS OF MODERATE USE. DO NOT BUY THIS. I replaced this with a Gourmia from Target. $50 cheaper and a thousand times better!!!!
Similar to many other reviews here, the toaster function stopped working within maybe 6 months of purchase. The air fryer seems to still work, but we used the toaster function all the time so it's rather useless now. When it worked, we loved it! Too short lived for a product with the cost associated.
