I needed something quick to mix a cake I wanted to make, well this did the trick. The price, the quality, and ease of use made it the best item for the job. Will recommend. Plus: The storage is fantastic.
I was REALLY disappointed with this Mixer. I was fixing a cream cheese frosting and the cream cheese kept crawling up the beaters instead of smoothing out in the bottom of the bowl. I got out my 10 yr old mixer and it worked just fine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Need to put the code tag not on the electric code. Especially since you need it to put on the warranty registration. This Black Decker Portable mixer was easy to detach beater from the mixer by just pushing the button.

Beaters don’t give the the enough power when mixing
I received the helix hand mixer as a gift for Thanksgiving and I have never been more happy. It comes with multiple attachments which I used everyone that day. I used the mixing paddles for mixing cheesecake, the whisk for making the gravy and the hooks for mixing the cookies. And best of all it comes with its own case that hold all the attachment with the mixer so they never get lost again.
