Black & Decker™ Upright Vacuum in Grey Lime

This vacuum has no auction power. The switch that controls the carpet/hard floor function broke after few weeks. Now it works barely on carpet but doesn’t pick up anything from the bare floor. Worthless purchase.

Review NOT part of a promotion. Positive ratings are why I purchased the vacuum. Pros: It's lightweight. Cons: No suction. Didn't pick up pet hair. Difficult to push. Squeaky roller. Cord is way too short and not located properly. Small debris cup. Feels "cheap". Overall pro: I was able to return it to BB&B for a full refund with no questions asked. Thank you for that! Otherwise, I would have thrown it in the trash after only 1 use.

Works well but cord could be longer--only 23 ft--had to buy a smaller, less expensive model for my upstairs due to convenience of its 30 ft cord.

Just purchased last month. Lighter weight vacuum with great suction. The cord, unfortunately, originates from the bottom of the machine making it easy to trip on (same problem with my older vacuum). Having said that, the cord could be longer; 30 feet would be nice.

Perfect size and weight, easy to use. Cleans well!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this vacuum to sweep up things off my hardwood floors and it works great! I was skeptical at first thinking it would be a problem because I have literally no carpet in my house. This machine has been a dream and made cleaning so much easier for me. I have severe allergies so sweeping is not ideal in my house. It is easy to clean and maintain. Just the flick of a button and the dust compartment easily detaches. I love this thing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The BLACK+DECKER Cyclonic Upright Vacuum is a very powerful corded canister vacuum. It is a little louder than most but I attribute that to the powerful motor as it easily removed dust, pet hair, and debris with minimal effort. What impressed me most was how light the vacuum is, I usually struggle with heavier duty vacuum cleaners and tend to opt for a lighter weight vacuum but the down side is that the lighter it is the less suction power it has. With this vacuum you get both the suction/cleaning power and it is very light weight. The larger canister size is an added plus as it is not necessary to empty it frequently or you don’t lose suction power quickly due to how full it is. I did have to clean the filters after about a week or two, which I usually don’t look forward to doing but cleaning this filter was very easy and after reusing it dried fairly quickly. If you are looking for a powerful lightweight vacuum, I would highly recommend this one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum cleaner gets the job done. It is lightweight, powerful, and the dust bin holds a lot. Then vacuum does not quite have the sturdy/heavy feel that a more expensive brand I have does, but it seems to work well and picks up my dog’s long hair with no issues. Overall this is a great mid-level vacuum. I also like the color!
