Black Series Light-Up Hover Soccer Set

My son was so excited about this when he opened it for Christmas. Unfortunately, the batteries do not stay in place, so it shuts down frequently. We tried taping the batteries in place, and as soon as someone kicks it, they wiggle free just enough to stop working. It was extremely frustrating. The LED lights that look really cool in the pictures do not actually light up that bright, which isn't a big deal, but was disappointing to him. To make it even worse, I bought it on Black Friday to give as a Christmas gift, but the return policy is 30 days, so we can't even return it. I would have hoped that the returns would be extended during the holidays.

This was so much fun my kids loved it, played for hours.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids have an absolute blast playing with this. We have played with it on our porch and out in the yard. They love that it lights up as well. The nets were fairly easy to setup as well. We definitely need more outdoor toys like this one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the concept of this game but wish it was just slightly larger. Goals just seem small for the game. The goals are easy to put together but the netting was slightly tricky to put on and kind of had to guess how it goes. This does not work at all on even the lowest pile of carpet. Had to be a hard surface at my house. I have not tried outside yet but for our house it only worked on hard surface floors.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this black series Game Hover Soccer Set a few weeks ago for the kiddos, and they really like playing with it. The hoover ball seems to work really well, has no problems gliding over our drive. Batteries don't seem to drain to fast either so that's a plus.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This set was easy to put together and we were up and playing within about 15 minutes from when I started. As a former soccer player I thought it would be easy to score goals but it was really hard because the goals were so tiny. The kids had a tough time also and it was frustrating for them so they decided to just kick the "ball" around instead which was still fun but not as exciting. I loved the fact that I didn't have to worry about my walls getting damaged or anyone getting hurt.

Soon it will he warm enough to test it outdoors and see how it hold up. He has a friend he plays this with and they have a blast.

I thought the price for the technology was good as well. A child of any age can play- as well as adults and have a great time. We enjoy the family time that this fun game bring us together.
