- Gift cards can be redeemed online by using the 8-digit PIN number located on the back of the card
- Gift cards are redeemable for merchandise only and may not be redeemed for cash, except where required by law
- Gift cards cannot be redeemed for purchase of other gift cards including pre-paid gift cards issued by financial institutions such as Visa®, Mastercard®, or American Express®
- Gift cards cannot be used for portrait studio services
- If a gift card is lost or stolen, a replacement gift card will be reissued with the balance remaining when an original receipt is presented
