Bona® Disposable Wet Cleaning Pads for Hardwood Floors 12 ct.

After getting my hardwood floors refinished in 2019, I was advised that Bona made the best cleaning product (for hardwood) on the market. I invested in a number on Bona products and within a year I could tell something was wrong with my floors. Fast forward to this past Summer (2022) the condition of my floor became unbearable. After speaking to a Bona representative and being told it was “my fault,” $5,000 later I am getting my hardword floors refinished yet again. I will NEVER be purchasing another Bona product, not only did they ruin my floors (I know this for a fact because I have never used another product, other than WATER), customer help was useless and here I am out thousands of dollars. I would highly advise AGAINST any and all Bona products, useless you want to be told the only solution to the foggy mess was refinishing, yet again. See photos below for evidence- keep in mind the shiny spots are what the finish should look like, it was protected from this DESTRUCTIVE product by furniture.

Leaves my floors with a white film residue and very dull, not shiny.

When used with the Bona mop handle, the center or the pad does not contact the floor. The only way to fully use these pads is by hand on your knees. If Bona is really working to correct customer issues as they claim, why has this major flaw not been addressed?

I used the Bona Disposable Wet Cleaning Pads on our hardwood floors and ended up with a smeary, filmy mess! I don't even know how to clean this mess off the floors. Worse cleaner for hardwood I've ever used. I have used the Bona upright cleaner with sprayer and pad for several years with no problems. Will never use the wet cleaning pads again.

The mop needs to have a full flat service. The only part of the pad that picks up dirt is the part of the pad that has the velcro attachment. The center part of the mop doesn't pick up much dirt as there is no flat surface for the pad to push again. A design flaw in my opinion.

I couldn't believe I was ordering these, and this is my third box! I have only two small hard surface floors in my condo - Pergo and porcelain tile, and this makes keeping them clean a breeze! I use one pad for both locations, and BOOM. Done! They are slightly scented, but this is not very discernable. The pads do a great job and the floor dries fast and streak-free. It's a little indulgence for convenience, but I love the results and my floors are clean on a schedule now! I recommend these.
