I bought the Floor Cleaning System in a bag to use on laminate flooring. I dust with the dust pad and then spray cleaner on the cleaning pad & a bit on the floor. I couldn't believe it could clean the floor well. After a number of weeks I cleaned with a bucket of water- I couldn't believe the water was clean! Cleaning with this system saves at least 30 minutes. No sticky residue or lingering odors either. It sounds expensive but the mop pads are washable, the cleaning solution lasts a very long time, because you don't need much. The mop is well made, gets in all the corners & under furniture. Excellent product!
Recently we ran out of the Bona Hard-Surface Floor Cleaner and happened to get the new and improved version. Don't waste your money! It streaks and leaves a sticky film and the With the new and improved formula, the floor is no longer shiny. It is now dull and shows prints. The old stuff worked great! With the new and improved formula you are to use a damp mop which gets the floor too wet no matter how much you wring out the Bona microfiber mop, plus it still leaves the floor dull, streaked and sticky. Bring back the old formula and I'll give it a 10!

Agree with another reviewer that the new version of this cleaner is awful…my laminate flooring is now sticky, dull and shows footprints. I’m looking for a new cleaner for my floors. Bona, you ruined a good product!

I have used Bona stone,tile & laminate cleaner on my black marble tile floor for years & have loved it. The “new & improved” version is terrible! It leaves streaks & a tacky surface that shows shoe prints, plus it has an unpleasant odor. Please bring back the old formula for stone.

I bought this cleaner to clean my tile floors because my understanding is that it’s a neutral cleaner. When the professional floor cleaning company came out to clean them, he showed me a crazy amount of film he had to work to get up. This is the only cleaner I use. What should have only taken the company a couple hours now will take the entire day. And I have to spend extra money to have the film removed. Terrible because I have two large jugs of this stuff.

Haven't used this product yet. Trying to use up another similar spray tile cleaner. Hope this product does not leave a slight residue like the current product.
love the product, cleans well and no smells, but filling the tank for my Braava is a mess. the problem is the bottles leak when you try to pour. I am using a funnel and it comes down the side of the refill
