Bona® Hardwood Floor Premium Spray Mop

Nice when it worked but the sprayer stopped working so it's useless now

For some while I had been pleased with this unit, but lately I couldn't remove the fluid bottle no matter how hard I pressed the release button. I finally disassembled it but still couldn't remove it until I wedged a large flat bladed screwdriver in and popped it out. This is a major defect in my mind. The plastic parts just don't work as they should.

We've had this product now for about 12 months. the cleaning solution is great! the pad is great! The unit and the solution bottle seem to be going through a divorce! One trigger pull and the bottle partially disengages from the unit so that the next trigger pull only give a small amount of bubbly solution. I much the bottle back in and, again get one correct spray and spray volume. Not sure if it is a bad bottle or a bad unit but in either case it is extremely agravating.

We bought this a couple weeks ago and the attachment for the mop head keeps breaking off. Works great other wise. A bit frustrating that it keeps detaching from the mop handle.

Worked great twice and then the spray nozzle stopped spraying cleaner. Apparently this is a common problem and I should not have purchased it. Don’t waste your money.

I like how easy it is to mop and to clean the pad that attaches to the mop. The floor dries without being sticky and it gets really clean.
