After 6 years of just cleaning my hardwood floors with Bona Hardwood floor cleaner, they were looking dull, so decided to use the Bona Hardwood Floor Revitalizer. What a mistake! I followed directions and the floors barely looked any different. Then, the next time I cleaned the floors, I used the original Bona Hardwood floor cleaner and now my floors are a cloudy mess! Neither container of the two products says they cannot be used together. So, here I am not sure what to do with these cloudy floors! Any suggestions?

I was hopeful this would help some scratches etc., but my floor looks worse than ever. It is clouldy and streaky and looks simply horrible. I am hoping it is not ruined. Don't even try this

Great product but must be used per directions. I sweep AND mop (2 gal hot water and a tsp of original dawn) let that completely dry. Squirt this onto floor in an “s” shape, and I smear it around with the bona microfiber dry mop thing. Then (per directions) you have to leave it alone for 20 minutes (no walking on) or it WILL leave foot prints

I waited too I use this product 3 different times to review. 1st as a conditioner. After floor mopped used it didn't dry very well. Dull... Next time I stripped my floor, applied with new sponge (I'm ex Navy, I know how to wax a floor) after that it looked great!... for about an hour while it was drying and leaving a nasty residue. It just does not hold up to the description. Most of the 5 star reviews are probably from people right after they apply the product because the floor looks great for a while, but then they realise it's the same old dull floor later.

This product makes my stairs and floor shine nice!
Will not use again!!! Walking on it removes and leaves foot prints and film all over floor. I hope my floors are not ruined?
