We loved this for the few times we got to use it but unfortunately the buckle broke shortly after. It’s not safe to use without the buckle so we can’t use it now.

This is great for a shopping cart. However, it is not a high chair cover. It’s just awkward for a high chair cover. High chair covers do not have holes for feet to pass through. Also, high chair covers have straps not only in the middle, but at the bottom so the infant does not slide out of the high chair. This one has straps only around the middle.
