Breville® Dicing Kit

These are bit expensive but worth it. Odontological use 8mm that much but 12 mm and 18mm very useful. For plantains I use 18mm so that they don’t become mushy. For bitter Melon I use 12mm. These 2 are in my list every time. The pushers are very useful in pushing the pieces down. All are marked and color coded so no confusion there. When housing pusher you need to make sure to use the correct one by checking the number on the blade & on the pusher otherwise it won’t fit. Cleaning the grid blades a bit pain. I rinse it right away and use a brush to push down the stuck residue. Love the colors they look cute. I enjoy dicing veggies now. The container to store them is DSc helpful otherwise most of the time I would be searching for the grids and pushers :)

Great add on for the Breville Food Processor. They actually work very well and the storage case is a nice touch. We have used other food processors throughout the years and this is the best. This set plus what comes with the Processor allows for just about any size dicing needed.
