We should be able to clean our coffee machine without this chemical. Is it another gadget? I have an old Elektra coffee machine and I clean it manually without any pills; I do sometimes use vinegar and rinse it with water. I also have a De Long Magnificia S which needs a regular cleaning but it is done automatically when you turn on and off the machine. I love my Breville and it makes good coffee. A bit noisy, but it is OK I could use another method of cleaning if I could find one. I wish I could do without those pills
The product works well, but is priced too high for 8 TABLETS. Y may be expecting to bank on customers not exploring more cost efficient options. There is another product that offers 60 TABLETS for the same price. Breville isn't particularly economical for replacement parts and accessories. So, I try to be a smart shopper when it comes to discretionary items like this. After all, clean is clean. An efficient tablet does not have to cost so much.

The product works well, but is priced too high for 8 TABLETS. Y may be expecting to bank on customers not exploring more cost efficient options. There is another product that offers 60 TABLETS for the same price. Breville isn't particularly economical for replacement parts and accessories. So, I try to be a smart shopper when it comes to discretionary items like this. After all, clean is clean. An efficient tablet does not have to cost so much.
