Breville® Espresso Machine The Barista Express™ BES870XL in Stainless Steel

Im a former barista who has made thousands upon thousands of shots for customers on gigantic, very expensive espresso machines. This machine makes shots every bit as good as any shot ive ever had. Bean quality and user technique are going to be the only things limiting anyones experiences with the machine. I pulled about half a dozen shots before i had it dialed in pretty well. The pressure gauge makes it easy for anyone to know if they are doing it right or wrong. The feature I like the most is the grinder. At work i used to have to weigh each filter with the grounds in it to make sure i had the proper amount of grind before i made the shot. The automatic dispersement allows for the same shot to be made every time. This machine is great. If you buy espresso everyday it will pay for itself in less than 5 months and that isnt factoring the added convenience of making espresso at home.
