[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first time using and owning a juicer. I was a little anxious to get started but I was surprised at just how simple setup was. This is a take it out of the box and packaging and plug it in for use type of product, which I love! I read the users manual before starting to put fruits and veggies in the juicer, just to be sure I was doing it right. The manual was easy to understand and even shared a list of fruits and veggies that are best to use in a juicer and if they should be refrigerated. I was absolutely in awe that I could put a whole apple in, core and all and it worked! The strainer kept all the pulp out and the juice was flavorful and smooth! I’m officially a fresh juice kind of gal. The only “downside” of this product and I think it’s safe to say that it’s the same with any juicer, is clean up. I think it would be best and make cleanup simpler if I were to invest in some plastic liners to put in the pulp bin when in use. Cleanup honestly looks worse than it is and only took about 5 or 6 minutes. There were no hard to reach crevices and it came with a scrubbing brush that made cleaning the strainer very simple. This is excellent for beginners and experts!
First off I love Breville. Really everything in home is Breville. With that said, I just have a hard time with this one. Everyone seems to love it, but I just can’t. First, it is fast and it’s not that loud, which is great. BUT for how quick it is to juice, it takes FOREVER to clean it properly. It makes me just not want to juice. I really don’t think they thought the design of the screen through. Also, all the pulp seems to get stuck on the lid and doesn’t completely make it to the catcher. Omgosh and the wasted juice. I wasn’t expecting the pulp to be bone dry, cause it wasn’t a slow juicer and honestly I got it for the speed, but I wasn’t expecting to be able to actually squeeze out another half cup with a nut milk bag. All in all fast when it comes to making the juice but takes way too long to clean.

It Was purchased on Saturday 23rd January 2023. We tried to get it going which took a bit of time. Finally got it started. Then it shut off each time and needed to be re-assembled each time.. We took it apart an put it back together and it started again but soon shut down. We took it back to Briscoes on Monday to be told that it was fine. I started it up again on Monday afternoon and it kept shutting down. After 3/4 of an hour I finally got a glass of juice out of it, after it kept stopping. I could only get it started again by taking it apart each time and then re-assembling it. It shut down halfway through juicing several times and only restarted after I took it apart each time and re-assembled it.. I ended up with juice and produce rubbish all over the bench. An extremely frustrating juicer - if you can actually call it a juicer. I am returning it to where I purchased it from.

This product just stopped working. I have no idea why. Haven’t had it long enough for it to just quit!
I bought this about a month ago and I kinda like it. My issue is that when in juice anything I always have a lot of foam and less juice. So I was wondering is there something else I need to do to fix it?;

I purchased a mr juicer in the 90's it still works. My Breville Cold Press has been in my home maybe two years with little use. Today I chopped my veggies only to find that the engine has died. I have spent way too much money to sitting here with a product that doesn't work. And to think I posted on social media telling people how great the product was for me. Guess I lied.

I should’ve listened to the reviews. This juicer was terrible. The pulp was very wet and little juice was extracted. I returned the juicer and will continue to use my Omega juicer. The chute is small and prep is a pain but it’s a very good juicer.
For such a high cost the amount of juice extracted isn’t high at all, and the leftover scraps are so wet that sometimes I use a cheesecloth to collect the rest of the juice. The “cherry on top” was when a small plastic piece inside the tunnel broke making the whole juicer unusable. I am yet to find a replacement. Very disappointed.
