I researched for months before buying a juicer and I decided on the Omega 8005 because I wanted the most bang for my buck and a lot of people say you get the most juice from the masticating juicers; well I returned my Omega 8005 yesterday because it took me almost an hour to juice and clean up; the process was slow, I had to chop up everything, use the handheld plunger to push the produce down that little tube and I did not taste even a hint of ginger in it even though I know I put it in. This Breville Juice Fountain Plus juicer does it all, I saw the juice from the ginger and it made my kitchen smell fantastic, gave me enough green juice from the kale, carrots and celery and the taste of the juice was fantastic. If I could give it 100 stars I would. I am officially done researching and buying juicers. I did decide to rejuice the pulp even though I heard you are not suppose to do that; there was still some juice in there and it did not leave a lot of pulp. I am extremely happy with my purchase and with the 20% coupon you cant go wrong. Thank you Bed Bath and Beyond. The only Con is that they are giving away a Joe Cross DVD this week with any purchase of the Brevile Juicer and the store that I went to said that they were out of the dvds.
After reading all these reviews I was very excited to get this juicer. As a beginner, I saw the other reviews and couldn't wait to try it out. After juicing my fruits and vegetables I found a LOT more pulp in the garbage area than I thought. A lot of the nutrients/fiber are in the skins. I found whole spinach leaves in there, too. The juicer left very large pieces of fruit and vegetables not juiced. I needed to put the pulp back through the juicer in order to get all the juice out. The pulp in the waste container is wet and I find entire pieces of fruit and vegetables in my waste container. After putting in 2-3 tight handfuls of spinach I only got about 1/2 tablespoon of juice. Kale got spit back into the pulp collector in little pieces without hardly any juice coming out. If you want to juice greens I would have to say this is NOT a good juicer for that. I'm disappointed

I love this juicer and although I’ve had it a while I don’t use it that often. Lately each time I use it it leaks and splatters the juice all over. Very messy especially when you’re juicing beets!!!

I like the Juice fountain but wish it would extract my greens a lot better. It leaves more residual leaves from my spinach/kale that it seems to extract.

I have used breville's for years and I was so happy to get my new juicer, BUT.... it didn't work right from the start. They sent me a return label and I am sending it back. I have never had a problem with a Breville before, not sure what happened.

I bought this juicer about a month ago after using one at a friend’s house. I am impressed with how easy it is to operate and to clean up. It is powerful and very straightforward with its operation. Definitely a good buy!

I purchased my Juice Fountain Plus in 2012. It is now the end of December 2022 and it’s still kicking strong!! The discoloration on the plastic from not washing or rinsing it quickly enough may bother some, but at the end of the day it is 10 years old. Breville makes amazing, long-lasting products. You won’t regret this!
