This is the best coffee maker I have ever used. This Breville Vertuoline model makes hot, delicious coffee that has 'crema.' A high end coffee/espresso maker, to be sure. i bought the Breville brand instead of the ones sold at Nespresso because the reviews for the other Verutoline machines were so bad--apparently the other machines leak and make luke warm coffee. Not this brand! It's awesome, hot Nespresso coffee or espresso. The machine heats up in seconds and is quiet and fun to use. It's pretty amazing technology and design. You can program a set size according to your taste or mug size and it will remember it. This is very useful if you like using a favorite cup and want to leave room in it for cream or whatever. Could not be happier with this machine. (And quite honestly, I'm hard to please where coffee is concerned.) The variety pack helps you find the intensity or flavor that you or your family likes.
This is my third Nespresso machine in less than a year. I had the first one for several months and it suddenly stopped working properly; water would come out with very little coffee. Fortunately I bought the machine online at Bed Bath and Beyond and they replaced it no problem. The replacement worked for about 2 1/2 weeks before starting to make this horrible noise. The machine still made coffee but I called BBB and they sent me a new one. So I am on my third machine in less than a year. The coffee is the best which is why I have not abandoned Nespresso but I don't know how much more I can take. Luckily, Bed Bath and Beyond makes it very easy to return and get a new machine. I'm glad I did not buy it from Nespresso as I doubt they are as flexible with their exchange policy.

I am so happy I got my Nespresso machine. It has been such a treat to learn how to make coffee in all different ways, shapes, and forms. I haven’t had any problems with mine and i use it everyday.

This is by far the best coffee machine on the market. It far surpasses the Keurig. The machine itself its pretty expensive and the pods are up there as well but it's totally worth it. I genuinely can say I have made quality drinks from home that rival a coffee shop. This is so worth it!!!

This machine has made my days much more exciting. I’m obsessed with it. It is sleek and looks nice sitting in my kitchen and is so easy to use. It makes the most delicious drinks and I am so happy I purchased this. I did have an issue with it making an abnormal noise. Customer service was great and sent me a new machine. I have no complaints!

I love this machine. Nespresso offer many different pods with various caffeine strengths as well as flavors. With the Nespresso you are able to make coffee as well as use the Nespresso shot pods. I think this is a great alternative if you do spend your money on Dunkin/Starbucks daily.

I absolutely LOVE my Nespresso machine. I am able to make coffee drinks just like I would get at a coffee shop for a fraction of the price. It is super easy to use and I would highly recommend purchasing this product!
