[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The reason I give it four stars is for some reason it arrived in unsealed box, with water drops inside water container, accessory parts were just loose in box without being in a sealed bag or even being wrapped up. A piece of plastic was taped on top of water container like a "bandaid", not sure if this is a return or what. I washed everything with hot soapy water that was washable. Seems to work fine. Very well made stainless steel product. Not very clear instructions as to how to operate. No power button, you push two buttons to turn it on. No power button alone to shut it off. I do like the very heavy duty long power cord. Most appliances now they are too short and you have to plug them in right by outlet. The stainless steel machine looks very nice in kitchen, not finger print proof but wipes off easily. I have never tried one of these before. Ended up with hot water on counter by pushing wrong button trying to shut it off. My fault. Works quickly with good results and flavor. Gets hot quickly too. I am sure I will get it all figured out and love it. Anyone who loves a nice hot, fresh beverage will love it. Should last for years! Fairly compact size so doesn't take up a lot of space. The reason I ended up with water on counter was my fault, the steam wand was pointed out where it didn't run into drip pan which is easy to empty and clean. Heating system gets hot quickly. 3 seconds! Low pressure coffee infusion and a 9 bar extraction. Wand purges itself for easy maintenance. Single and double cup filters, easy to switch out, use and clean.
I bought this asking with non-pressurized baskets. So far it works decently, heats up super fast, and streams great. Very good looking machine at a good price. But to get that price point (probably to compete with Dedica) they cut some corners. The included portafilter is aluminum with plastic lining which isn't mentioned anywhere. Maybe just me but I don't like hot acidic coffee touching aluminum or plastic before drinking it. No frothing cup is included. The temperature seems a little low for espresso drinks, but steam is a good temperature. So becomes less a good deal when you factor in the cost of buying a real portafilter and frothing cup.

I love the design and choice of colours you can get with the Breville Bambino. The design is sleek and stylish and it's made to fit perfectly on any counter top. You don't need a big coffee machine to make your perfect barista coffee, this machine does it all. One thing that did surprise me is how light the machine and all it's components are. I'm used to larger coffee machines so was so surprised at how light weight the Bambino is. So just keep that in mind. It makes a fantastic coffee, it's just right and I love the steam wand it makes perfect fluffy milk as I like for my latte. The Bambino is definitely a winner.

Had the Bambino about a month now and it works very well. Got this small model for convenience as it was the smallest model, pretty happy with it!

We've had this machine for at least two years, and it's performed flawlessly throughout. We use it pretty exclusively for Americano's and make 2-5 cups each morning. When requested by guests for an after-dinner coffee, we get regular, unsolicited comments on how good a coffee it makes. Totally pleased with this unit and recommend it highly for both quality and durability.

We have had this for just over a month, love the size and was very competitively priced. The great stops there. The coffee is good (3out5), but not great. Have tried different beans and hasn't really made a difference to coffee quality. The milk is still very much a work on process. We can heat it but to get it anywhere fluffy needs a lot of work and not a simple milk in jug and wait like other similar priced machines we have had. We drink a lot more black coffee now.
