Breville® the Compact Wave Soft Close Microwave in Silver

Cooks like a microwave. It looks great, well built. The problem was me, I was looking for a inverter microwave, the search took me to Breville site and it appeared to be one but I very much doubt it is, I think only a larger model is. The name compact wave threw me off. I tried phoning to ask but was put on hold so I didn't bother.

We purchased a Compact Wave Soft Close Microwave for our holiday apartment. It is just the right size and I like love the soft close. No more slamming the door and disturbing other tenants! It performs beautifully and I love their modern look. Breville is always on trend and reliable.

Like every other Breville items I have bought, it is above all of my expectations.

great little microwave! looks good, works great. Fits a twelve inch dinner plate easily and doesnt take up a lot of room. Love, love the soft close and the option of silencing that annoying beep. Happy with purchase!

We totally remodeled our kitchen. We added a combination steam oven so there was absolutely no need for a microwave to reheat foods. The steam oven blows away all other methods of reheating. After 5 months temperatures started getting cold and we wanted an option to reheat beverages and heat up rice-filled heating pads. Those are two things that you cannot do in a steam oven. We love Breville products and this was way overkill but we are glad we bought it. Looks great and very easy to use.

The Breville Compact Wave Microwave meets all my expectations! It is very user friendly, has the features that I want and plenty of power for a compact. I have also had great customer service from Breville and love all of their products.

We have used more than a few microwaves in our lives in the past 35 years. The Breville Compact Wave Soft Close is THE BEST so far. Breville listens to its customers' feedback and incorporates it into its new Products' design. The Soft Close door and the Mute button option for the electronic beep of this microwave model is a clear example. The Campact Wave Soft Close microwave works like a dream. No fuss, no issues. Very Happy with the Product. So far so good.

I'm generally a fan of Breville products, but purchased this just two years ago (August 2020) and it's rusting through in multiple places on the inner ceiling and around the door frame. Expected better quality from this company!
