I received this toaster oven from my family as a birthday gift. It was my wish to have the blue color to go with my newly remodeled kitchen. I have used most of the functions which meet my needs. The air fry function is new for me and made serving frozen salmon burgers a breeze. I gave only four stars because the broiler tray came damaged and I have yet to receive a replacement.

I bought this a month ago, still testing out various ways to use it. Really prefer this to my oven for one person. Electric heat saves me on using oven.

The original unit was scratched on the top and Breville support was great - they sent a replacement product. This replacement is scratched on the top as well. We love the look of the blue finish, unfortunately, the quality of the covering must be so poor that it damages before it gets to us. The oven works great and we love the air fryer. Hate the quality of manufacturing and quality control.

The device is really nice, but when it's plugged it it makes a high pitched buzz whether it's running or not

I purchased this to replace an older Breville oven I have had for 10+ years. Love the features and works great with the exception that when it is off (not in use) it make a high pitched noise. The noise is there all the time except when it is in use or the interior lights are turned on. Talked to Breville support and they consider it "normal" since not everyone can hear the frequency the noise is at. Everyone in my house hears is. Disappointed in Breville. They have been my go to for all my small appliances in the past.

I love my Breville Smart Oven Air Fryer! Makes great toast, is a perfect small oven (with just 2 people in our household, I seldom use my regular oven now), and the air fry feature is awesome. Customer service is the best too - had a small issue when mine was delivered and they resolved it quickly and perfect to my satisfaction. It’s just the right size to sit on my kitchen counter and looks beautiful too.
