Brookstone Cordless Illuminated Makeup Mirror

This broke within the first year of me having it

Purchased in August 2021 and in less than a year the light is failing. BBB and Brookstone are not honoring the warranty. You would be better off flushing the money down the toilet rather than purchase this mirror.

I absolutely love this mirror. But after having it for one year, the light only works when you play with the mirror angle just at the right spot. I will try to exchange, but it is over 60 days.

This was a gift and the light has can be adjusted for brightness. Mine was only bright for a short time and is now just a dull glow so not helpful at all. Sad someone paid this much for just a mirror.

I'm on my second mirror. Both have the same problem - the bulb comes loose, light begins to blink and go off in every position. And there is no way to get into this thing and replace or tighten the bulb. about to take a hammer to it. Will NEVER buy it again. A darn shame because it's a good product otherwise.

Bought this mirror at Bed Bath and Beyond. The mirror is flickering and has progressed to almost not illuminating at all. BBB won’t honor it because it’s beyond 69 days. The Brookstone number they gave me rings to busy every time. Very disappointed.

I was so excited to get this mirror as I needed a cordless one for my vanity in my closet since there is no plug. I’ve changed the batteries out many times and every time after a few days, it gets very dim and will not shut off until I take the batteries out. It’s very frustrating as this mirror was not cheap.

Wife= was surprised how clear she could see.
