Love that it has so many settings and that it heats up quickly….we turn it on about an hour before bed on #5 and it’s very comfy…..and when we get in bed turn it down to #1 for rest of night…plenty warm enough for NY cold nights
I used one side for a week before the control unit stopped working. Swapped it for the other side and it worked for 3 DAYS BEFORE THAT ONE STOPPED. Seriously don’t waist the time to even try it. Whole thing belongs in the trash.

Had less than a year and one of the controllers went out, pretty expensive item to be replacing yearly. Do not recommend Brookstone, I have had Biddeford and Sealy that have lasted longer than this brand.

I've been waiting for this thing for over two weeks. but You guys canceled the product without telling me. I used Thanksgiving events and coupons to buy this item, and if I knew there would be a problem, I would have bought another item. I'll never use this site again. BYE.
This worked beautifully for 4 months then quit. Store policy is it cannot be returned after 60 days. Sorry but I take my business elsewhere

I had to replace my former bed warmer and am very pleased with this one since the two controls have separate connectors. Since I only use one side of the bed, there is no need to have the other connected, so fewer wires to tangle. Getting into a warm bed during the cold season is such a blessing.

This heated mattress pad only works on one side after only one winter of use. My husband's side was turned on only 2-3 times and now it no longer works at all. Very Disappointed.

Both sides get too hot on the low setting. I think it's defective but we didn't try it until after the return period.
