Bought for guests. Finally a winter where gas bills were astronomical, so we pulled this out of its packaging. It worked for 3 weeks without a hitch, so comfy! Then one day one side suddenly got zero power. I switched controller sides to troubleshoot shoot if it’s the controller, and it warmed up. For one hour. Then that controller went out too. Now we just have an expensive blanket with bumps. :(

Even on the hottest setting, you can barely feel heat with this blanket. The only thing it’s got going for it is it soft and you don’t feel the wires other than that it falls short on every other aspect not happy will be returning.

I purchased this on Wednesday. It was shipped to me and I received it first thing Friday morning. I used it Friday and Saturday and it worked great. Today is Sunday and it doesn't work anymore. Do not buy! It's a waste of time and money.

Got this as a gift for my wedding registry. One side stopped working after about a week. Washed the blanket per instructions and now neither side works. Not worth it.

Save yourself the hassle of being lied to about a 5 year warranty that no one actually upholds. Check the BBB website and run far away from any of their products, especially the heating blankets like this one. This was a purchase for my daughter because I love the house at a cooler temperature and it allowed us both to be happy about the temp.

This blanket is not worth the money. Some days it’s super hot, some days it barely works. After less than 3 months of use, it stopped working. The display no longer turns on. Don’t buy it.
