Brookstone® N-A-P® Heated Plush Queen Blanket in Grey

Blanket is light weight, warm and does the job. Has several heat settings and a timer. Love that. Too light weight. The King with 2 sets of controllers get tangled up if you toss and turn alot. Too many wires. One plug/set just burnt out/Quick working after 3 months and smells hot. This is my second exchange. The first order, they sent me a full/Queen that was in a Kings box. Be aware!

Used it for a year and it stopped working. Loved it til it didn’t worked no more. Only last for one year and 2 months. Very heart broken

I have owned 6 or 7 of these blankets. Anything Brookstone Nap is the most comfortable fabric of all time. It’s so heavenly lush, which is why I stupidly keep buying them. Unfortunately, the controllers for these blankets are total trash. They last for about 3 months before they die. I’m hoping Brookstone honors the warranty but I’m sure any replacement controller will die quickly also.

After just a few months, the blanket doesn’t heat well or evenly, there are holes in it which expose wires. It has had a very gentle life with no reason for such wear. Very disappointed in the quality.

Great product, if you only need one side of the bed warm. One of the controllers stopped working after about a week.

Very disappointed. Love the blanket but it only gets slightly warm at highested setting 10. Days if only BBB had put the maximum temperature on the web site I wouldn’t have bought it and they would not be taking it back saving shipping money. A Shame and I bought a queen and King. Don’t have to undo the king. Temps right on the box. It might be good to just slightly warm you up but not for us. Sorry

bought this item at the end of November and has already stopped working... called the store and they said it is not returnable or exchangeable.... not worth the money for less than 3 months use...
