Brookstone® N-A-P® Heated Throw in Grey

This item stopped working right after the deadline to return. The BB&B in my city went out of business so I had no way to even try to exchange.

Purchased this and it broke after just three months. I wrote to the company and they replaced the blanket. The replacement broke. Not worth your time or money.

Purchased as a Christmas gift for myself. I was disappointed in this electric throw blanket. It’s super soft and pretty, but it barely gets warm enough to even feel heat coming off it. I donated it to Goodwill. It was a complete waste of money. If it worked; hd multiple heat settings that heated up accordingly, then I would have given it a good quality and value rating. It seems well made. It’s very pretty. Soft material. If it were just a plain throw blanket, it would be very nice. However, as an electric HEATED throw blanket it’s a waste of money.

This was a Christmas gift. I got my husband in 2021. By January 2023. It’s already completely stopped working. No damage done to it at all on our end, the cord literally just went kaput. Definitely would not buy again worked great wall it worked, but not at this price for only 12 months of usage.

Bought one, worked out well, so then bought another. Ppl complaining it doesn’t stay heated, but it’s not a big deal.. when the heat wears off, I normally just turn it off, wait a few minutes then turn it back on again. Like a reset. it works just fine.

Extremely disappointed with this Brookstone product. Was wonderful for first two weeks and now less than one month it doesn't give any heat. Thermostat switch shows power and I checked the connection at the throw. Followed manufacturer instructions not to fold it - just rested on back of sofa I'll contact the manufacturer that gives a 5 year warranty and see what happens. My recommendation is not to purchase this product. I have now read several bad reviews with my same complaint.

Blanket stopped working after one month. Flashing red light.. I barely used it.

I have had my blanket since November and it is now February and I absolutely love my heated blanket and I use it most every day for hours. I highly recommend this blanket.
