Brookstone® Perfect 12-Inch Twin Air Mattress with Built-In Pump

This mattress deflates and got worse every night! The top also makes crunchy noises because its so stiff.

I have used this mattress about 3 times since I purchased in Feb 2022. Pulled out to use this week, and althought I fully inflate prior to use, within a few hours, the mattress is completely deflated. What a waste of money. Thought it would be worth expense due to the brand name, Brookstone. Do not recommend.

This are great in the beginning. They firm and flat almost like a real mattress. They inflate easily, and keep their air for weeks. After 6 months, the mattress developed a big lump around my upper back. I started getting back problems from it, so I threw it out and bought another one. Same problem with the second mattress after 6 months. I got a third one of these (because I needed it quickly and it was the only brand B, B, & B was offering quick delivery of at the time) and it also developed a big lump after 6 months. At this point it seems like the lumps are a guaranteed built-in expiration date, not a malfunction. The mattress company already knows this is a problem (look at all the other lump complaints in the reviews), but they haven't fixed it. Bed, Bath & Beyond should carry a better made air mattress in their warehouses.

I've tried 5 air mattresses before this one, and the Brookstone is the best by far. It's just the right size, easy to inflate, easy to deflate, folds up small to store, holds air well, is adjustable in firmness. When my kids come to visit, we now pull out the Brookstone. One likes a firm mattress and the other a soft one. With two Brookstone mattresses, they're both covered.

After 4 uses by one person, the side seam opened and the air mattress deflated. Poor quality!

this item is not good it deflated after couple of hours.

Had for about a year. Motor stopped auto shutting off three months ago, and now its just completely burned out and won't work. Mattress is very comfy but now I'll have to buy a separate pump.

I was setting it up for our guests and the bed losses air without even being used! I called the customer service and told me I couldn't return it and someone will give me a call. Noone ever called me. I just wasted my money on this and so embarrassed that the guests had to deal with this. Beware when purchasing.
