Brookstone® Perfect 18-Inch Queen Air Mattress with Built-In Pump

In less than six months of use, the mattress goes flat and now has a huge lopsided bubble in. Waste of money and getting BBB and Brookstone to honor the warranty is a nightmare.

OMG - Thank you thank you thank you BBB. I am temporarily living in my new condo here in Buckhead without my furniture as it has yet to be delivered from Tampa, I’ve gone through 4 air mattresses in less than a month to waking up in what feels like a hot dog bun on the floor. I purchased a luxury air mattress. It lasted two days. I purchased another one from another company which delivers other products I won’t call their name but it went flat after the third day. OMG I thought it was me - then I found this air mattress on my favorite BBB it inflates and deflates automatically for me and does it keep the air YES YES and did I say YES. This is definitely comfortable and the way to go. It even came with a bounces fitted sheet. Definitely has made this transition a little easier. Thank you Brookstone and BBB. Lol… I wake up in the air mattress and not on the floor. Cheers

Bought this air bed 13 months ago, the pump started to run like garbage and overheat without fully inflating, then the sleep surface popped up in the middle Of the bed where the curve of your spine would be when you lay, now it doesn’t even hold air throughout the night - woke up suffocating inside the mattress Reached out to bed bath and beyond in the past in regards to the 3 year warranty and they were useless and not able to figure out how to contact manufacturer

I was setting it up for our guests and the bed losses air without even being used! I called the customer service and told me I couldn't return it and someone will give me a call. Noone ever called me. I just wasted my money on this and so embarrassed that the guests had to deal with this. Beware when purchasing.

Bought this for the full $200 dollars in November, have used it TWICE, and the inflate value has stopped working. The deflate setting will turn on, but it won't inflate. Return policy is different for air mattresses so be weary of that. Super frustrated - thought I was paying for something that would last me years.

It started losing air the third night of its utilization. Clearly not worthy given the price ....

I bought this bed Jan 6 2022. Since I rent a room I wanted to stay light on the furniture as well as movable without much issue. I am now 90 days in using it and it is losing air daily. Usually within hours whether I am sleeping on it or not. It is very gradual but noticeable. It has been very comfortable, and is easy to inflate. Love the auto shut off after inflation is complete. I think that for the price $150 - $175 and the reputation that Brookstone has for their product this would have lasted longer. Short of dipping it in a pool to find the leak I have given up on it and bought a Coleman for half the price.

Just want to say buyer beware and trust the bad reviews. I learned my lesson as I did not. Notice in the return policy that air beds are only exchangeable for similar items if the box is open and there is no similar items so really, your stuck with it. Bed Bath and Beyond would not even provide me a store credit. You also can not return to Brookstone because they don't even make these beds. The trademark name has been purchased from Brookstone by another company so when you think you are getting Broomstone quality, you are not. This bed is terribly uncomfortable, is loud as it crinkles of plastic when you move around and looses a ton of air though a single night. I really wish I had read the exclusions in thier return policy. I just done know how one would know a bed is so terrible before you take it out of the box. I would really have been okay of there would be another comparable item for exchange or a store credit but getting stuck with this piece of junk has really made me think about giving Bed Bath and Beyond any business in the future.
