Brookstone® Perfect 24-Inch Queen Air Mattress with Built-In Pump

Got this bed for my husband following knee replacement surgery. 24 inch is normal bed height therfore good for older people to get out of. This bed measures 22 inches!! 2 inches short. Comfortable but no comparison to aerobed 24 in bed that unfortunately is not made anymore. It also was a pillow top which this is not.

Mine broke after only ~5 uses, won't stay inflated. From skimming reviews, seems to be a common complaint.

Less than a year with the air mattress, 7 nights of use total and it’s deflating completely by the morning.

after using this 4xs it has a leak and we can not find it to patch it. we are extremely disappointed

I have bought several of these 24-inch mattresses and they have performed very well for me. My guests were very comfortable and my room looked like it had a real bed in it. At 24 inches it is very easy to get in and out of the bed.

This bed had a leak from the very start. We just used it for the first time and it would not hold air for one entire night. Unfortunately, we did not keep the packing material or I would've returned it. Very disappointed customer. Buyers beware.

I was setting it up for our guests and the bed losses air without even being used! I called the customer service and told me I couldn't return it and someone will give me a call. Noone ever called me. I just wasted my money on this and so embarrassed that the guests had to deal with this. Beware when purchasing.

Let me start with this - I’m buying a second one because be far this has been beyond what I was expecting. Far better than any others I have purchased. But, I bought in 2021 and there have been defects. Formed a hump about six months in. I added a topper and fixed the challenge. Nine months in started to deflate and more humps. I don’t have time to wait on warranty etc, just buying a new one.
