Easy to use and set up! My mother-in-law loves seeing photos of the kids instantly.
Purchased May 30th, 2020: Broken by Nov 13, 2020. This thing's screen went black and unresponsive despite trying multiple power outlets and letting it stay plugged in, toggling on/off. As this product is now beyond the 90 day limit for returns, I am now screwed out of a pretty penny. I would never buy anything like this again, and definitely not from bed, bath, and beyond.

I have now bought 3 of these frames. 2 for the same person as the 1st one broke within 5 months. The app stopped letting pictures to send to it.

This is a replacement frame I ordered after the one I purchased from Amazon from another company didn't work properly. The Brookstone is easy to send photos to. Very happy with it

I bought the frame for my long distance parents. I went to set it up for them and to my surprise someone had already purchased the product and put their own pictures and personal information on the frame and returned it. I had to return the frame and order a new one and have it shipped to my parents home. It was a little annoying and a bit inconvenient. We do like the frame and once it was set up, it is very easy to use. The best part is anyone in the family can add pictures to the frame using the email provided or using the App.
