Bought the linen color first but it was too dark and brown. Ordered the ivory color and they work great in my room but are a little on the grayer side of white. They are good quality and definitely black out the light. Hard to get the wrinkles out but I have a steamer that helped. Photos are of a true ivory next to the curtain for comparison

Very pleased with the Brookstone Drapes. They hang well and pleats fall great. Put them in dryer to take out wrinkles before hanging.

Nice fabric but creases are hard to get out. It blocks out the cold and that’s why I ordered them.

These black-out curtains are awesome. Perfect for my bedroom and living room. Easy to hang also.

These curtains do an excellent job of blocking cold drafts from our north side bedroom windows! Also, dampen sound from busy street about 30 feet from these same windows.

I’m so glad I bought these drapes. I purchased the linen, white and charcoal color to finish all the windows in our home. They’re heavy, block out all light, drafts and some noise. Only downside is, you can’t just hang them up because they’re heavily wrinkled but I knew that from the other reviews. So, what I did, I put 2 panels in my dryer on STEAM ONLY for about 20-30 min to help soften them up and loosen some of the wrinkles. Then I had to set my iron to steam and basically steam/iron the drapes. It took a long time to do all the panels but it was worth it because they’re really nice and well made drapes. I would buy them again.

These are very and thick and heavy, effectively blocks out light and sound, Helps with keeping cold out of drafty windows, as well.
