In less than six months of use, the mattress goes flat and now has a huge lopsided bubble in. Waste of money and getting BBB and Brookstone to honor the warranty is a nightmare.

This are great in the beginning. They firm and flat almost like a real mattress. They inflate easily, and keep their air for weeks. After 6 months, the mattress developed a big lump around my upper back. I started getting back problems from it, so I threw it out and bought another one. Same problem with the second mattress after 6 months. I got a third one of these (because I needed it quickly and it was the only brand B, B, & B was offering quick delivery of at the time) and it also developed a big lump after 6 months. At this point it seems like the lumps are a guaranteed built-in expiration date, not a malfunction. The mattress company already knows this is a problem (look at all the other lump complaints in the reviews), but they haven't fixed it. Bed, Bath & Beyond should carry a better made air mattress in their warehouses.

I've tried 5 air mattresses before this one, and the Brookstone is the best by far. It's just the right size, easy to inflate, easy to deflate, folds up small to store, holds air well, is adjustable in firmness. When my kids come to visit, we now pull out the Brookstone. One likes a firm mattress and the other a soft one. With two Brookstone mattresses, they're both covered.

Got this bed for my husband following knee replacement surgery. 24 inch is normal bed height therfore good for older people to get out of. This bed measures 22 inches!! 2 inches short. Comfortable but no comparison to aerobed 24 in bed that unfortunately is not made anymore. It also was a pillow top which this is not.

I am temporarily living in my new condo here in Buckhead without my furniture as it has yet to be delivered from Tampa, I’ve gone through 4 air mattresses in less than a month to waking up in what feels like a hot dog bun on the floor. I purchased a luxury air mattress. It lasted two days. I purchased another one from another company which delivers other products I won’t call their name but it went flat after the third day. OMG I thought it was me - then I found this air mattress on my favorite BBB it inflates and deflates automatically for me and does it keep the air YES YES and did I say YES. This is definitely comfortable and the way to go. It even came with a bounces fitted sheet. Definitely has made this transition a little easier. Thank you Brookstone and BBB. Lol… I wake up in the air mattress and not on the floor. Cheers

Mine broke after only ~5 uses, won't stay inflated. From skimming reviews, seems to be a common complaint.

Less than a year with the air mattress, 7 nights of use total and it’s deflating completely by the morning.

After 4 uses by one person, the side seam opened and the air mattress deflated. Poor quality!
