Burt's Bees® Charcoal Detoxifying Sheet Mask with Honey

Burt's Bees is a good option for my skin type. I have sensitive skin, so I have to be careful! This one isn't my favorite mask from burt's bees. It's really soapy, because of the charcoal. I don't love the smell of the charcoal and the honey. But it is cleansing! Works good with sensitive and dry skin, and to remove impurities! I'm rating it 4 stars because it's not my go-to.

I bought this for my SO. I talked it up so he would go agree to let me do it on his face. I read the directions, took it out of the package and immediately it was not looking good. It was pretty dry, but I went ahead and put it on. I asked if he was feeling anything. No, not a thing. After waiting the correct amount of time we took it off. There was no benefit.

I have oily, acne prone skin and thought I'd give this a try. This was my first time using a sheet mask, so I have nothing to compare it to. The mask didn't quite fit me - eyes were a bit too low, mouth was a bit too high. I didn't know what to expect after removing it. My pores seemed a bit tighter, but I didn't really notice much difference otherwise. However, when my husband came home from work, he mentioned my face was glowing. I hadn't said anything about trying the mask earlier, so apparently it had made a noticeable difference after all. I also bought a Renewal mask which I haven't tried yet, but I'll definitely pick up some more charcoal masks the next time I'm out shopping.

Honestly I just tried it 5 mins ago it was honestly soaking wet but that’s cool with me, anyways I felt my face kind of warming up for some reason I got scared but I decided to still leave it on and I left it on for like 5 min and honest to god when I took it off my face was glowing it was also kind of red but the redness subsided quickly, my face also felt really smooth lol but I’m not sure what the morning will bring for the after affect butttttttt I think it’ll be fine. Give it a shot

If I want my skin to be good on any given day I use a Burts bees mask. it strips my pores of any dirt leaving me with Clean and refreshed skin.

Like other reviews, the eye holes are way to small. I had to keep arranging the mask to keep off my eyes. When I opened up the mask, it was dripping so much that when I had the mask on for the two minutes I had to keep wiping my neck. The liquid kept dripping down my neck. My face felt hot. Glad it was only on for 2 minutes. I DID NOT notice a difference. Only that my face was red/irritated from the mask. I don’t have sensitive skin. I will not repurchase this again.

My first time using a sheet mask and other than the eye holes being a bit small I had a wonderful experience. It gives off a cooling sensation which made me a bit nervous but it was actually quite refreshing. I have very sensitive skin and I’m allergic to a lot of products I had no troubles with this mask. My skin is feeling soft and glowing. Will most definitely purchase again:)
