These facial towelettes are one of my absolute favorite products that Burt’s Bees makes! They clean my face without irritating my skin. They remove makeup and dirt that builds up from the day, without having to scrub harshly at my skin. They leave my face feeling fresh and a bit tingly, and they smell great. I definitely recommend this product to everyone! I made my husband try one and he thought it felt nice on his skin, as well.
This are my go to towelettes and have been for years. I loved the texture, the smell and how well they worked. But this new version is definitely a no-go for me. As soon as I took the first one out of this newer 2020 pack I noticed the smell was off and it wasn't pleasant at all. Next I noticed that they are not as wet and the previous version. Lastly, while I appreciate that they are using repurposed cotton from t-shirts, I can't get passed the black and multicolor flecks on the towelette. Again I think it is great they are using repurposed cotton, but when I am using something to clean my face and it has the appearance what looks like dirt flecks (I realize it is the t-shirt), it just isn't something that I want put on my face. I really hope you make changes to the current version. I really don't want to switch brands. I use a number of your products and they are all great.

Product states it removes dirt, oil and makeup. However did not remove my face or eye makeup and I do NOT even use a waterproof mascara. Purchased because of reviews. Such a waste of money as I’m tossing it in the trash.

I used these on a weekend trip away, assuming they would be good for removing eye make up. They irritated my eye-skin area leaving the skin raw, flaky and extremely sensitive. I my other facial skin felt tight, dry and was flaky as well. Definitely don’t recommend!

This product was absolutely essential for me to keep my dry/combo skin acne-free. I used it twice daily upon covid mask removal. I tend to be allergic to scents and shea and nearly every other type of towelette, so I was so very happy with this in a very stressful time. The towelettes are also the perfect size for their use. Not so big as to be wasteful, not so small as to be useless.

I love the Burt’s Bees Facial Cleansing Towelettes With White Tea Extract! They remove makeup easily and quickly! My skin felt moisturized after using! There was no irritation or redness! I am very impressed with how fresh and rejuvenated my skin feels!
