I love this product! Its such a warm cozy drink. I love it especially on cold days at home. The only thing I wish is that they would come up with a sugar free version for people who are diabetic.

I'm a big fan of chai teas, I like the spicy flavor mixed with the more traditional flavor of black tea. I purchased a Keurig largely as a simple, quick way of getting my chai fix without brewing my own, and without a trip to Starbucks for one of their chai lattes. Unfortunately, this is not chai, it's more like heavily sugared water with artificial cinnamon flavoring. There's no black pepper, cardamon, cloves or even a hint of black tea, it's literally just sugar water and cinnamon. Very disappointed.

I love a good chia latte but this is not it! Very little chia flavor and artificial taste.

The pods do not punch and or drain well. Causes the water in the machine to backup. Also the product is so compacted that it does not dissolve when the water filters through. Also causes a backup in the machine. This is the 4th box to behave this way. We have only used 1/2 the pods in the box. The other1/2 failed caused a machine failure and the pods had to be tossed.

I was a little doubtful and kept thinking what if I don't like it? I was hooked after the very first cup - right amount of sweetness and spice. This is a dessert tea sometimes or just a relaxing tea at night.

I really like Chai and this one is very good. It doesn't have a strong Chai taste. I add just a bit of milk/cream to top it off.
